Tricot Works collects and processes personal data from you. We do this with the aim of informing you about your order, the latest collections, and promotions as well as to update your account with your purchase history. Privacy and the use of your data 

In order to provide you with information or to deliver your orders, Tricot Works requires data from you. Personal details, where you live, payment details, your email address, and sometimes your telephone number. This data is collected, stored, and used (in one word: processed) by Tricot Works. Just like you, Tricot Works finds it important that your data is safe and that it is handled carefully and confidentially. Tricot Works has therefore made agreements on how Tricot Works processes your data. These agreements are on this page. Tricot Works hereby observes the General Data Protection Regulation. 

From whom does Tricot Works process data? 

Tricot Works processes the data of anyone who visits a Tricot Works Store or online shop. Tricot Works also processes data that Tricot Works receives from affiliate partners. 

Which of your personal data does Tricot Works process? 

Tricot Works processes the following data, among others: 

– Name and address details; 
– Contact details (e.g. telephone no., email); 
– Date of birth; 
– Gender; 
– Payment details; 
– Website login details; 
– Location data. 

What does Tricot Works process your data for? 

Tricot Works processes your data to: 
• inform you about your orders; 
• inform you about the latest collections and promotions; 
• update your account with your purchase history. 

With whom does Tricot Works share your personal data? 

Tricot Works shares your personal data with various other parties if this is necessary to provide you with information or to complete your order. Tricot Works concludes a processing agreement with parties who process your data on our behalf. With the processor agreement, Tricot Works guarantees that other parties will also handle your data carefully and confidentially and that they therefore remain secure.

– Transport companies 

Would you like to know which of your personal data Tricot Works has? 
You can ask Tricot Works which of your personal data Tricot Works has. Tricot Works will then send you an overview of this data. Do you think your personal data is incorrect? Or is there any information missing? You can ask Tricot Works to change or supplement your data. 

Do you not want Tricot Works to process your personal data? 

You can ask Tricot Works to stop using your data at any time. You can also ask Tricot Works to limit the processing of your personal data, to delete your data, or to transfer your data to another data controller. For example, you would like Tricot Works to stop providing you with information. 

What should you do? 

Would you like Tricot Works to stop using your data, limit the use, or transfer your data? Simply contact Tricot Works. 

How long does Tricot Works keep your data? 

Tricot Works collects your data for a purpose (see: What does Tricot Works process your data for?). Tricot Works will keep your data as long as Tricot Works needs it for that purpose. Tricot Works hereby observes the relevant laws. If Tricot Works no longer needs your data, it will be deleted. 

Security 

Your data will be secured by Tricot Works in an appropriate manner against theft, loss, or other unlawful use that could be made of this data. Tricot Works has taken the necessary measures to prevent your personal data from being lost, stolen, or viewed by persons outside Tricot Works.
